Stream Data Centers adds ex-Google executive to leadership team
In his new role, Lebow will lead the pre-construction project lifecycle, which includes market analysis, site identification and acquisitions, zoning, permits, utility upgrades and interconnections.

Lebow comes into the role after most recently co-founding and partnering Headwaters Site Development, an independent subsidiary launched in 2022 in partnership with Stream.
Previously, Lebow worked in the renewable energy sector, leading the identification and development of ten commercial wind installations totaling nearly 2 GW. After that, he joined Google’s energy and location strategy team, where he helped scale the company’s global data center infrastructure.
During his tenure, Mike helped Google acquire 13 data center campuses across North and South America. Most recently, he oversaw Google’s data center portfolio in Latin America.
